Residents of El Encanto,
Recently we notified you of a “possible positive” case of COVID-19 in El Encanto. The resident that reported having symptoms of coronavirus has notified us that their test result came back negative, which means they are not infected with coronavirus. Even with the good news, we will continue to keep the lobby closed to maintain a safe space for our essential employees. The lower garage exit gate will continue to be open from 8AM to 6PM daily for grocery and food deliveries.
All packages are delivered outside the lobby where the front desk staff will disinfect every package before bringing them into the building.
L&R informed us today that tennis courts 1 through 8, which had remained open, are now closed. Your photo ID cards will continue to work to open the arm gates entering the campus.
If you need any help during this time with grocery shopping, we have a list of volunteers that have offered their assistance. If you need assistance, let the front desk know and they will help connect you with a volunteer.
We will continue to provide updates to keep you and our community as safe as possible. Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding.
